◉ 入住時間:15:00-22:00;退房時間:中午11:00前。
◉ 旅館1F⾨禁為晚上22:00至早上7:30,請攜帶房卡感應進出。
◉ 退房請歸還房卡,遺失需酌收製卡費NT$500;延遲退房每小時$300,超過14點將收取當晚房費。
◉ 依菸害防治法及相關法令規定,本館全館禁菸,違者將罰款$3600。
◉ 旅館服務時間至晚上22點,如有需加枕、加被或任何其他服務請於22點前與我們聯絡。
◉ 入住2F混合背包房旅客退房後需協助拆床單、被套、枕套並投入電梯前的布巾回收車中。
◉ 入住2F混合背包房需更換室內拖鞋,退房將拖鞋歸位於拖鞋回收桶。
◉ 背包房旅客未依照房卡指定之床號住宿,將罰款收取實際使用床型之當日房價,原已付費用則不退還。
◉ 背包房內禁止飲食,違者將罰款$600,如需用餐可至7樓用餐。
◉ 不得進入異性廁所,違者將罰款$600,並依性騷擾防治法送案處理。
◉ 背包房若遇同房房客投訴,內容包含但不限於以下情況,例行為騷擾、攜帶氣味濃厚之食物、喧嘩等,將無條件同意以館內現有的空房加價換房獨住或不退費C/O自行換宿。
◉ 未食用完之食品請貼標存放至冰箱,公共區域若遺留未貼標籤之食品且當場無人在場認領,館方恕不負保管責任並視同丟棄處理。
◉ 本館無提供寵物同住服務。
◉ 未滿18歲訂房須提供家長同意書,請來電索取。
◉ 取消與修改政策 :本館取消與修改政策依交通部觀光局發佈之《個別旅客訂房定型化契約》施行;若遇有限時、限量訂房,房價及內容將依住宿專案的不同而有所調整,實際訂金扣款比例依專案內容公佈為準。
A. 住宿當日若遇旅館所在地或旅客出發地發生不可抗拒因素,如因颱風、豪雨、地震導致交通中斷無法抵達或旅館當地發生災情導致業者無法提供住宿等不可歸責因素,本館接受住客所選之兩個方案:
◎ 保留款項《保留時間為三個月內完成所選日期入住》
◎ 或取消訂房《扣除銀行手續費後退還款項》
B. 一般狀況取消則依下列準則執行:
◎ 住宿日14日前取消訂房,訂金得以全額退還
◎ 住宿日10-13日前取消訂房,訂金退還70%
◎ 住宿日7-9日前取消訂房,訂金退還50%
◎ 住宿日4-6日前取消訂房,訂金退還40%
◎ 住宿日2-3日前取消訂房,訂金退還30%
◎ 住宿日1日前取消訂房,訂金退還20%
◎ 住房當日取消之訂房,不予以退還預付訂金

◉ Check-in : 15-22 PM;Check-out : Before 11 AM.
◉ Entrance access of the lobby will be closed from 22:00PM – 7:30 AM, please use your room card for going in and out.
◉ Return room card when you check out , lost will be charged NT$500.
Late check-out will charge NT$300/per hr., over 14 PM will charge the room rate of 1 night.
◉ According to the smoke prevention regulations and related laws, entire building is a non-smoking area, and offenders will be fined $ 3600.
◉ Front desk service only available until 22:00, if needs extra pillow, quilts or other services please contact us before 22:00.
◉ Guest staying in the backpacker dorm needs to assist in removing sheets, quilt covers, pillowcases and putting them in the towel basket in front of the elevator.
◉ Guest staying in the backpacker dorm, please change to indoor slippers before entering and return them to the used slippers basket which next to the shoes cabinet upon checking out.
◉ Guests who do not stay in the bed number designated by the room card will be fined the room rate of the bed type actually used, and the original payment will not be refunded.
◉ Eating and drinking are not allowed in the backpacker dorm, and offenders will be fined $600,please go to 7F to enjoy the meal.
◉ Do not enter the restroom of the opposite sex, and offenders will be fined $600, and report to the police in accordance with the Sexual Harassment Prevention Law.
◉ In case of complaints from the backpacker room guest, the content includes but is not limited to the following situations, such as harassment, carrying strong-smelling food, noise, etc., it will be unconditionally agreed to pay and exchange for an independent room or check out with no refund if no room left.
◉ Please label your food and store it in the fridge. If the unlabeled food is left in the public area and no one is present to claim it, we are not responsible for storage and unclaimed food is treated as discarded.
◉ No pets allowed.
◉ Reservations under the age of 18 must provide parental consent, please call to request.
◉ Cancellation Policy:The hostel reservations are subject to the regulations of the Tourism Bureau, Ministry of Transportation and communications Republic of China.
A. In the event of typhoon (requires the Central Meteorological Administration to issue a typhoon warning on land) or other major disasters, and the city where the hostel is located has called off school and work, the deposit can be reserved within three months, or refunded (deducting remittance fee).
B. In general, cancellations will be implemented in accordance with the following criteria
◎ 0% of the prepaid amount will be deducted for cancellation in 14 days (including 14 days) before the check-in date.
◎ 30% of the prepaid amount will be deducted for cancellation in 10 - 13 days before the check-in date.
◎ 50% of the prepaid amount will be deducted for cancellation in 7 - 9 days before the check-in date.
◎ 60% of the prepaid amount will be deducted for cancellation in 4 - 6 days before the check-in date.
◎ 70% of the prepaid amount will be deducted for cancellation in 2 - 3 days before the check-in date.
◎ 80% of the prepaid amount will be deducted for cancellation in 1 days before the check-in date.
◎ 100% of the prepaid amount will be deducted for cancellation on the check-in date.
